Our pricing
We believe pricing should be as clear as your books. Our fees are flat and agreed upfront, so you always know what to expect — no surprise bills and no billing by the minute.
We'll provide a custom quote after an initial intro call — below is our general pricing information.
A flat monthly fee that covers categorizing your income and expenses, reconciling your accounts, a monthly profit & loss statement, and support calls or emails whenever you have questions about your books.
*Does not include your QuickBooks subscription. Many of our clients use QuickBooks, but it's not required — we have more affordable options too!
We prepare your federal and state individual income tax returns, including your business Schedule C, and calculate your personal quarterly estimated tax payments for the year.
Pricing assumes your business is the majority of your tax activity. Multi-member LLCs and S corporations are priced separately.
Catch-up work is quoted based on your full scope after a call. We keep extra billing to a minimum — quick, one-off questions are always included. Only larger projects are billed separately, and we'll always quote those upfront.
